Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your retail order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for, a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

    Additional Information:

    • Once we have received your returned goods, it can take upto 5 working days to initiate a refund.
    • If your order is faulty or damaged, please make us aware, and provide us with the receipt for return shipping, and we will be happy to offer a refund for return.
    • For any returns due to buyers remorse, or due to an order of an incorrect product, any shipping costs will not be refunded.
